The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has shared his grief on the incident that the farmers from the North have closed sales of farm produce to the South.
In his grief, Kanu highlighted that Nigerians would not to take this same attitude if the Souths decide to close the purchase of oil & gas down to the North. Mazi Kanu wrote:
Nigerians know that the Fulani DOES NOT FARM. Yet, it’s the FULANI that is blocking the movement of farm products from North to South. Such blockade should be considered an act of WAR, yet the Fulani tolerates it. If the South blocks oil & gas, they will levy MASSACRE.

Reacting to this message, a Nothern man by the name Abdul-Aziz Hassan has debunked Mazi Kanu’s twits with a point that instigated the Igbos. Hassan made it open that the sell of farm produce to anyone is sorely at the decretion of the owners of the product and that the government does not have the right to force anyone to sell his/her produce. He aslo aslo added that oil and gas are the Government property while the farm produces are the farmers’/individual things.
In his comment Hassan wrote:
Points of correction the gas belongs to the people of Nigeria, While the foods belongs to the farmers government have no rights to force people to sell it to you people.
